After following a healthy lifestyle one can lessen the chances of lifestyle diseases. The following are the ways in which we can prevent lifestyle diseases.

• Consume a balanced diet that is rich in nutrients and must include fresh fruits and green vegetables in the diet. Avoid eating junk food. Stay away from foods that have large amounts of salt or sugar.

• Make a routine to spend more time outdoors and do activities such as walking, running, swimming, and cycling.

• One must avoid overconsumption of alcohol, junk food, smoking, and addiction to drugs and medicines.

• Avoid spending precious time on modern gadgets like mobile phones, laptops, televisions, etc. spending on these gadgets is just sheer waste.

• Set and rigorously follow a healthy sleeping routine for every day. to lead a healthy life Waking early in the morning and going to bed early at night should be a daily habit.
