
As part of the state's "Freedom Summer Sales Tax Holiday," Floridians may plan some summertime fun without having to worry about paying sales tax.
From July 1 until the end of the month, almost everything you'll need for outdoor activities like fishing, camping, and hiking will be free of sales tax.
In July, sales tax is also waived for tickets to athletic events, concerts, and shows, as well as admission to state parks and museums.
Under the Freedom Summer Sales Tax Holiday, the following products that families use in the summer will not be subject to sales tax:
